This weekend I kind of blew my whole diet. Actually it was Saturday that I was horrible. I ate pizza and McDonalds. Now before you ask yourself ‘omg wtf holy hell !!111!!1!one1!!1′, I had too much to drink and was out with some good friends. Most of us have done that one stupid thing when they were drunk, which seemed like a perfectly good idea until the next morning. This was one of those things for me. I made up for it today, however. I ran/walked a total of 10 miles, and consumed a whopping 0 calories. My weight is back to were it was Friday night.

I’ll be more careful in the future, but no serious harm was done thanksfully

Today I reached a new milestone! I now weigh a weight which I have not carried in over 4 years (when I started packing on the pounds). I know I said I would not reveal what my initial weight was until I accomplished my goal, however I will give you some insight. Tuesday evening when I weighed myself I scaled in at a hefty 205lbs. This morning when I woke up I scaled in at 200lbs even! Thats not the best part though. After seeing how close I was to breaking the 200lb mark, I went running 2 miles. When I came back I weighed 199lbs. Granted I probably just lost 1lb of water weight, but regardless, I am now under 200lbs, something I haven’t been in almost 4 years. If you have been following my progress you will probably get a good idea of what I weighed before I decided it was time to get back in shape.

Now with all that said, I still have a ways to go before accomplishing my goal of 5% body fat, however I figure if I keep up the pace I’m at, by mid-September I should accomplish it.

Yesterday, after announcing I had lost 2lbs in one day, I decided to order a pizza. That was not one of my better ideas. I gained 4 lbs today.
I’m starting to wonder if my scale is broken or something.

On my old blog I had announced the challenge that I have imposed on myself. The challenge was to reduce my BMI (body fat) to the minimum healthy limit, 5%. I attempted this challenge in the summer of 2005, but failed miserably. This summer, after having my tonsils removed and having lost a bunch of weight, I decided to attempt the challenge again. I started 1 month ago, and as of today have lost 16lbs. I’m well on my way to my goal. I haven’t measured my BMI just yet, but will post the results soon.

Oh and don’t worry, I will provide the before and after shot just like you see on TV!
